Painting had me at a young age. The physicality of mixing the color, the variety of effects achievable through mixing mediums, and how paint is made has always interested me. I’ve worked with many different paints including acrylic, watercolor, gouache, oil, and more age-old techniques like egg tempera and encaustic pigmented wax.
